Our hot washed PET flakes are produced through a rigorous multi-stage system: manual and optical color sorting, heavy-duty crushing, intensive caustic hot-washing, high-speed friction scrubbing, multi-stage sink-float separation, and hot air drying. The resulting flakes have ultra-low contamination, consistent intrinsic viscosity (IV), and optimal moisture levels, making them ideal for synthetic fiber spinning (PSF), thermoforming sheet extrusion, PET strapping, and compounding.
